Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

Ocean Voyage (“we”, “us”, or “our”) acts solely as a retail agent on behalf of cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel service providers (“Principals”). When you make a booking through us, you are entering into a contract with the Principal(s) supplying the travel services.


2. Our Role as an Agent

We do not operate or provide any of the travel services listed on our website. Our role is to facilitate bookings between you (“the customer”) and the Principal. We act as an agent or sub-agent, and your contract will be directly with the cruise line or operator whose services you purchase.

By booking through our site or with our team, you accept that:

  • We are not responsible for the delivery or standard of the travel services provided.
  • Any issues, amendments, or claims will be handled with the Principal, in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
  • You are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the respective cruise line or travel provider.


3. Bookings and Payments

When you submit a booking request, we will confirm availability and pricing with the Principal. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive written confirmation from them. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and changes are determined by the Principal and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.


4. Changes and Cancellations

Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. We will assist you in communicating with the Principal, but all final decisions, fees, and policies will be as per their terms.


5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, as a retail agent, we rely on the cruise lines and tour operators to provide up-to-date details. We cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or changes made by the Principals.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover potential cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks.


7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your booking or travel experience, we will do our best to assist. However, any service-related complaints must ultimately be addressed to the Principal, as they are responsible for the delivery of the service.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

As we act solely as a retail agent, all cancellations and refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line or tour operator (the Principal) with whom your booking is made. We will assist you in submitting any cancellation or refund request, but we do not determine the outcome or timing of any refund. Cancellation fees may apply and vary depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation occurs. In some cases, bookings may be non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the Principal’s cancellation and refund policies carefully before confirming your booking.
